Michelle serves as Reliant Staffing Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Skaggs skillfully handles the complete employee life cycle for the company and assists contracted facilities in achieving operational and organizational goals. Mrs. Skaggs comes to the organization with 35 years of work experience in a broad array of industries, including 25 years of combined business ownership and human resources, five of which are in healthcare, including Inpatient and Outpatient facilities, nursing homes, hospices and home health, addiction recovery facilities, clinics, and hospitals.
Mrs. Skaggs provides high quality customer service to companies in need of enhancement in Human Capital Management, carefully considering solutions that will best serve both the company and the employee. Mrs. Skaggs is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management as well as a Certified Occupational Safety Manager. Mrs. Skaggs was chosen to serve as the Certification Director for the NOLA Chapter of Society of Human Resource Management for 2020-21 and takes pride in mentoring young professionals in the areas of Human Resources and Business Management.
